.� Rules at Heart -N- Soul �.

RULES

To select Heart -N- Soul's Time, please use the drop down menu which will change it from your time into HNS time :)

1.) No Adult Material. If you have quesitons please email Lady Aurora and we will take a look.

2.) No pornographic sites or links to pornographic sites.

3.) Heart -N- Soul Approved Graphics must be linked to http://heart-n-soul.us on your index page or 2 clicks from your index page. This will be checked, if you are found with out your links, your site will be placed on hold. You will then be given two weeks to get it on your site. If by two weeks you don't have the banners up, you will be removed from Heart -N- Soul Competition.

4.) Your team banners must also be placed on your site, atleast 2 clicks from your index page. You must also link it to your team pages.

5.) Show respect for our competition and others. This means no bashing of Heart -N- Soul or any other competition. This also goes for other people in our competition or others. No bashing of people in Heart -N- Soul or at other competitions. If you are found to be doing this, you will be removed from Heart -N- Soul.

6.) You must have a guestbook on your site for our elves and members to come visit.

7.) You will have no copyright infragments and no stealing of other's work. If you use something that belongs to another person please ask permission first.

8.) You may have only 1 site per team.

9.) You are only allowed 3 sites in the whole competition.

10.) No spaming of our members or of other competiton's members.

11.) Link all your images to your server, no bandwidth stealing from us or other sites. Permission from webmaster is ok. If you are found to be doing this, you will be asked to fix the problem. If you are unable to do this, you will be removed.

12.) LOA are allowed, but there are a few rules to them.
   a.) You are allowed to take a two week LOA, if you will be longer than two weeks you need to talk with your team leader. From that point it is all up to them.
   b.) If you need an extended LOA you may be dropped back down to the lower team levels.
   c.) LOAs in the top levels are not allowed, if you need a LOA and you are in one of the top levels, you will be moved back to your team level.
   d.) LOAs must be into your team leader by Friday at closing, if you let your team leader know later than that, your site will have to ride out the week.

13.) If you would like to leave Heart -N- Soul, you must tell your team leader and let them know asap.
   You are always welcome to return when you are ready but you will start at the bottom level and re-qualify.

14.) Voting Times are Monday to Thursday, 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Central Time. There will only be one ISP per site per day. Any repeat ISPs all the but the first one will be thrown out. We close at 10 p.m. to midnight every night for updates.

15.) In qualifying levels of the teams you need to vote for yourself atleast two times a week to make it to the next level. If you fail to do so you will be placed on hold for one week. You will need to contact your team leader if you are. If you fail to do that, you will then be removed. Once you move on to the "regular" team levels, you will still need to vote for yourself 2 times a week at least. If you fail to do this, you will be put on hold. You will have one week on hold and if you don't contact your team leader you will then be removed.

16.) Your site must be accessable to everyone. No members only sites or password protected. We need to be able to see your site to approve it and others need to see your site to vote for it. :)

17.) Your site much be in English, Dutch English or German so we can check it. These are the languages our staff speaks.

18.) Each team will start with a max. of 10 members. We only have 6 teams, so that will mean 60 members. When a team gets full, we will put a waiting list on it. You have the choice to wait on the waiting list or you may join another team and decide later if you would like to change. Our waiting lists are first come first serve. Because of this, our no voting rule is strickly inforced so that people who would like to be here, will be.
